Can you spare an
hour a week to change the future of America? Come to the CDWC's Neighborhood Leader Training Session!
Wednesday, June 25, 2008 7:00pm - 8:45 pm Laborers' Local 310 Union Hall 3250 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115
(A popular location for community meetings, Laborers'
Hall is conveniently located just East of downtown Cleveland. Although the address is Euclid Avenue, note that there
is a secure, lighted parking lot accessible from Prospect Avenue. Click here for a map.)
The stakes in the 2008 elections have never been
higher. By electing Democrats in November 2008, we can turn around America around: creating good, high-paying jobs; improving
education; making health care affordable and accessible to all; and creating new opportunities to restore the American dream.
But these changes won't happen unless you get directly involved. Join the Ohio Democratic Party's Neighborhood Leader program and bring meaningful
change to your community and our country in less than an hour per week. The job of a Neighborhood Leader
is straightforward. You agree to take responsibility for contacting your friends and neighbors in your immediate area and
talking to them about our Democratic candidates and the issues that matter most. You will build an important local network
where neighbors are talking to neighbors about the issues that are important in YOUR community. Making the
commitment now to take part in this program is the single most important thing you can do to ensure a Democratic victory in
November. Sign up today to be a Neighborhood Leader and come to the training session on June 25. The training will be conducted
by Stephanie Howse of the Ohio Democratic Party. Please RSVP for the training by writing to showse@ohiodems.org Once you sign up, your regional field director will supply you with all the tools you need
to be successful, including lists, scripts, pledge cards, issue papers, and other important election materials. Sign up today!
